Air Design Technologies manufactures all of its products conforming to SMACNA duct construction standards. Ductwork can also be custom fabricated to meet your exact specifications. Our ability to produce rectangular, round and oval products enables us to supply all of your required needs.

Factory fabricated Duct and Fittings are available bare, lined or double wall insulated in a broad range of sizes. Our fully automated coil line is capable of running four, five or six foot lengths 26ga through 18ga. Transverse connections are available in TDF, S&D or applied four-bolt connectors. Longitudinal seams are either Snaplock or Pittsburgh. Rectangular duct and fittings can either be shipped fully assembled or KD.

A complete line of round fittings are available in either spot and seal or solid welded construction. Our spiral machine has the capacity to run 28ga through 18ga material up to 102” round. Spiral pipe and fittings are available in single wall, spiracoustic lined or double wall insulated to meet any of your project requirements.

Our oval machine has the capacity to stretch minor dimensions up to 24” in 10’ lengths. Custom fabricated fittings are available in a wide range of sizes and are made to exacting tolerances for quality fitting connections. Oval spiral pipe and fittings are available in single wall or double wall insulated construction.
